Online Conduct
You agree that your use of the AllLearn website is only for lawful
purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws. Due to the Alliance
for Lifelong Learning's ("AllLearn") non-profit, tax-exempt
status, you also agree not to use its site for organized partisan
political activities.
In accessing the AllLearn website, you agree that the following are prohibited:
(a) Using the website to commit unlawful acts or to encourage similar behavior;
(b) Impersonating an AllLearn employee or misrepresenting your identity;
(c) Using the AllLearn website to distribute any type of virus or other such device;
(d) Tampering with communications that are not your own;
(e) Accessing user accounts that are not your own;
(f) Disrupting the flow of communications in interactive areas;
(g) Soliciting other users;
(h) Storing information about other users; or
(i) Posting material that:
- infringes on the intellectual property rights of others
- defames or threatens others
- is hateful or objectionable
- discusses unlawful activities and intents
- contains obscene /images or language

In addition, they do not represent the beliefs or ideas of AllLearn or its member universities, and AllLearn is not liable for any claims resulting from said opinions.

Protecting your privacy is important to AllLearn. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for further details.
Personal Accounts
It is your responsibility to keep account information such as passwords and login identification confidential. You take full responsibility for any activity that may occur under your personal account. Unauthorized account use should be immediately brought to the attention of AllLearn via the email address listed in "Contact Us."
You also assert that all your billing and registration information entered on the AllLearn website is correct and valid.
Use of Copyrights
The AllLearn website may contain copyrighted material that is protected, as individual and/or collective works, under federal and international copyright laws. You have the sole responsibility of compliance with copyright laws. AllLearn grants a right to download or copy content from the website exclusively for your personal, non-commercial use. Indemnification
In the event of any loss or damage to AllLearn or its member universities resulting from your violation of this Agreement, you agree to indemnify AllLearn and/or its member universities against such loss or damage. You also agree to cooperate with the defense of any legal action against AllLearn resulting from such violation and further agree not to sign any final legal settlement without AllLearn's written consent.
Governing Law
This Agreement shall be interpreted under the laws of State of New York. You agree that all legal disputes resulting from this Agreement will be settled under the jurisdiction of the laws of State of New York and federal and state courts located in State of New York.
Termination
AllLearn, at any time and at its sole discretion, reserves the right to terminate or suspend service or to discontinue the website without prior notice.
Trademarks
The AllLearn logo and graphics are the trademarks of AllLearn. Use or reproduction of the AllLearn trademarks without written permission of AllLearn is prohibited; violations will be prosecuted. Any third party logos or graphics found on the AllLearn website are the trademarks of those parties, and you agree not to misuse or reproduce such logos without their respective prior written consent.
Other
AllLearn reserves the right to correct any errors or omissions this website may contain at any point in time without prior notice. In the event of any error or omission on the website regarding, but not exclusive to, pricing or availability, AllLearn reserves the right to cancel products or services related to such information.
